Crew care was created to provide a place for Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance crew to reflect on mental health and wellbeing. Working closely with the client and medical experts, Wildcat designed and built a completely anonymous service that includes a short survey to take each month where only participants can track their own results and progress and get advice on health and wellbeing issues.
